Who is Leskly for?

Landscaping and grounds maintenance businesses that want customer records, estimates, schedules, crews, and invoices in one system, from owner-operators to companies running several crews.

What does the AI assistant do?

It handles the busywork between a customer’s message and the finished job. It matches emails to customers and properties, drafts estimates from your service catalog, finds crew time that fits the forecast, reschedules work when weather changes, writes customer and crew updates, and answers questions about your business, such as which finished jobs still need an invoice.

What powers the assistant?

Leskly is built on Claude from Anthropic, through the Anthropic API. Claude reads the request, then uses Leskly’s own tools to look up what it needs: the customer and property, your service pricing, the calendar, the forecast, and crew availability. It proposes concrete actions, such as an estimate draft, a schedule change, or a customer message. Leskly checks each action against your rules, runs it or asks for approval, and records it in the activity trail. More on how it works.

How much can it do without me?

As much as you allow. Choose which actions run automatically, such as weather reschedules within a few days, and which wait for approval, such as new estimates or invoices. Every action is recorded in the activity trail.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Leskly sends Claude only the records a task needs, through Anthropic’s commercial API, and Anthropic does not train its models on that data.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Crews use Leskly on their phones today through the mobile web app, with today’s stops, directions, notes, photos, and time tracking synced to the office. Native iPhone and Android apps arrive in November. The office runs on desktop (macOS and Windows) and the web.

How is pricing put together?

Leskly starts at $99 a month, with the AI assistant and guided setup included. Growing operations with several crews or locations can plan a rollout with us through Get started.
