Terms of service.
These terms apply when you use Leskly, the AI operations software from Leskly. By creating an account or using Leskly, you agree to them. If you accept them for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.
Who we are
Leskly Inc. provides Leskly, AI operations software for service businesses. You can reach us at matt@leskly.com.
The service
Leskly is a monthly subscription for landscaping and other service businesses. It is available now as a desktop, web, and mobile web app. Native iPhone and Android apps will be covered by these terms when they are released. Leskly includes an AI assistant built on Claude from Anthropic. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will tell you before it takes effect.
Accounts and your team
You are responsible for the accounts your team creates, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for activity in your workspace. Your administrators decide who on your team has access. Give us accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.
Your data
You own the customer, property, schedule, pricing, and other business records you put into Leskly. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service, keep it secure, and support you. When an AI feature runs, it sends only the records a task needs to Anthropic’s Claude API. Anthropic does not use that data to train its models. Our Privacy page explains how account data is stored, exported, and deleted.
Acceptable use
Do not use Leskly to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, or access systems or data you are not authorized to use. Do not interfere with the security or operation of the service or other customers’ use of it. Do not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service except where the law allows it. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
AI-generated drafts
Leskly’s assistant proposes estimates, schedule changes, and customer messages. You review what you approve. The rules you set decide which actions run automatically and which wait for approval. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so check important details such as prices, dates, and customer information before you rely on them. The activity trail records each action and its result.
Subscriptions and billing
Leskly is billed monthly. Current pricing is listed on our pricing page. Fees are payable in advance for each billing period, and applicable taxes are shown on your invoice. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not refund partial periods.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Leskly available and secure. It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or problems outside our control, including problems with third-party services. We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give you notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Leskly after that means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, Leskly is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will be error-free or that AI output will always be accurate. You remain responsible for your business decisions, your staff, your customers, and compliance with the laws that apply to your work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Leskly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for Leskly in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
