A simple approach
to privacy.

This website introduces Leskly. We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The Get started form prepares a setup request in your browser and lets you open it in your email app; it does not submit your details to our server.

Get started

Your name, business name, email, team size, and notes stay in your browser while you prepare a request. They are included in an email draft only when you choose to prepare it. We receive them when you send that email. The website does not save these fields to local storage or a server.

When you contact us

If you email matt@leskly.com, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and continue that conversation. Please avoid sending sensitive customer or employee information in an initial inquiry.

Website delivery

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Network providers may process technical information such as an IP address, request details, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Fonts and product images are hosted with the website.

Interactive demo

The Leskly browser demo uses a sample business, Aspen & Oak Landscaping. Changes stay in memory in the current tab and are discarded when you reset or reload. The demo does not connect to production accounts or send messages, payments, or customer information to an external service.

Leskly accounts

A workspace holds the records your business puts into Leskly. That includes your customers, properties, schedules, estimates, invoices, messages, and the email your business connects to Leskly. Your business owns this data. We process it only to provide the service.

We store workspace data with our hosting providers and encrypt it in transit. You can export your data at any time, including when you cancel. We delete a workspace’s data within 30 days of a deletion request or after cancellation, except where the law requires us to keep records.

AI and Leskly

When the assistant works on a task, it sends Claude, through Anthropic’s commercial API, only the records and message content that task needs. For example, that might be the customer email being answered, plus the related customer, property, schedule, and pricing records. Anthropic does not use that data to train its models. It keeps API data only for a limited period under Anthropic’s data retention policy. Actions the assistant takes and their results are recorded in your workspace’s activity trail.
